all year around 和 all the year around 没有什么区别，就是说，all the year around 中的定冠词是可有可无的。但是，在 the year around 中必须有定冠词。例如：《张道真高级英语词典》第1878页原文如下：

It is warm almost all year round. 几乎一年到头都暖和。
