▲wake 和waken 都可以与副词 up 连用。如：

He must have taken sleeping pills last night. He didn’t wake up till lunch time. 他昨晚一定吃了安眠药。他一直到吃中午饭的时候才醒来。（《牛津实用英语语法》第四版）

He always woke up early no matter how late he had gone to bed. 不管他睡得多晚，总是一早就醒了。《Collins英语语法系列：连词》

▲但 awake 和 awaken 一般不与 up 连用。
