many和much可用作表语吗？
英语可用 many 和 much 作表语吗？比如：
My money is not much.
His friends are not many.
The time isn’t much.
The trees are many on the hill.

many 通常作定语，但是有时也可以作表语。例如：
His faults were many. (CGEL) 他的错误是很多的。
We are many. They are few. (Shelley) 我们是多数，他们是少数。
much 一般不能作表语。
