表示“一方面……另一方面……”英语是用 on one hand...on the other hand 还是 on the one hand...on the other hand？有些地方在前面一个结构中用了定冠词，有些地方看到没有用定冠词，请问哪个才是对的？

两种都是正确的。尽管牛津 / 剑桥等均标注带 the, 但是《新英汉词典》p567明确标注：on (the) one hand,... on the other (hand)。例句：
On one hand, loss imply gain; on the other hand, gain imply loss. 塞翁失马，安知非福;塞翁得马，安知非祸。
On one hand, I am your teacher, and on the other, I am also your friend. 一方面我是你的老师，另一方面，我也是你的朋友。
On the one hand, you shouldn't be shy; on the other hand, you mustn't forget your manners. 一方面你不应当拘束，另一方面也不要放肆无礼。
