可以直接说We have kinds of choices for you to choose from吗？

我认为，虽然复数名词可以不加限定词，但一般情况下，kinds of 前面都要加修饰语，例如：all, many, some, different, varous, certain, these, those 等。例如：

all kinds of books

many kinds of books

some kinds of books

different kinds of books

various kinds of books

certain kinds of books

these kinds of books

those kinds of books

1. of a kind“相同种类的”，用法同of the same kind；of a kind的另一个意思是“蹩脚的；徒有其名的”。例如：

A library usually keeps books of a kind together. 图书馆通常把同类书放在一起。

He is a poet of a kind. 他是个蹩脚的诗人。

2. kind of“有点儿；有几分；稍微”，多用于口语。此时，kind of前面不用修饰语。例如：

She kind of smiled at me. 她朝我微微笑了一下。

I'm feeling kind of tired. 我感到有点累。

(2) kinds of +名词复数=various +名词复数

There are kinds of flowers in the garden.

=There are various flowers in the garden.

(3) all/different +kinds of +名词复数=various +名词复数

There are different kinds of animals in the zoo.
