可以说 It is certain that…，比如：

It is certain that he will win.

但是可以说说It is sure that…（从句）吗？比如：

It is sure that he will win.

《薄冰英语惯用词典》第1082页原文如下：sure“跟从句，主语多为人。例如：
I am sure (that) I can run faster than you. 我相信我肯定跑得比你要快。
注：偶尔有人用 It is sure that ... 但多数人认为这样用是错误的，应改为 It is certain that ... ”

说It&nbsp;is&nbsp;sure&nbsp;that...（从句）对吗?
