delicate stomach怎么理解
因为没有上下文，所以不知道这里的stomach是下图a,b两项中的哪个意思。如果是旅游相关，这个作者去了乌兹别克斯坦吃当地菜，那意思可能是这个作者不但写书时用美式眼光观察乌兹别克斯坦，对食物的偏好也是美式（可能他吃不惯当地菜？）我倾向于a。义项b好像只能用否定形式。
