我感觉选 who, which, but 都可以似的。选 who,先行词是 chief executive;选 which,先行词是 strong leadership;选 but,是并列句,got 后面省略了与前面相同的宾语。不一定对,请以请其他的解答为准。

同意两位老师的观点,我也觉得这里的 for you 应该分析为定语,因为,如果 for you 是目的状语的话,它是可提到句首的,但这里好像不行,即不能说 For you here is a card.但如果分析为定语,则比较好理解:a card for you = 给你的明信片。相当于 Here is a card which is for you.
