情态动词的用法

原句介词用错,把on 改为 in。A、C两个答案不是不可以,如果加上 in the future 的话。例如:He did very badly in the exam. He should have studied harder. He did very badly in the exam. He should study harder in the future. He did very badly in the exam. He must study harder in the future.

a public 这样的说法可以吗

不可以。如果 public 用作形容词,后接名词则可以: make a public apology

名词为什么不用复数形式

Non-REM sleep is when our brain and body slow down.sleep 不可数名词,自然不用复数;our brain and body 这个词组中,our 并非指复数意义,而是指每个人的,等于one's 之意。故 brain and body 用单数。
