exclusively 的用法
Exclusively修饰for，可以在这论坛搜索一下，下加状语。 A club for women 女士俱乐部 A club exclusively for women 仅对女士开放的俱乐部其实这两个意思差不多，不过第2个更明确的说明“只”。

语法上没问题，两个is放一块确实最好改一下，有人把这种情况描述为stylistically horrid。这就像你写汉语句子，一个句子若用相同的词太多了，也让人觉得不舒服，显示出没水平。

没。你如果能理解He came running at us两个动词之间的逻辑关系，就能理解这句话。只不过是把限定动词变成了非限定。在本论坛一般把 Piercing这种用法理解为方式状语。

句子的意思你理解错了。这说的不是对你身体将带来伤害，而是指你可能在健康方面花钱。on表示在某方面。There could be an even higher cost on your health. 可能存在健康方面的更大支出。
