Combine又不是双宾语动词。怎么可能用被动,后边还有一个保留宾语。其实这一点判断就够了,不过一会肯定还有别人更详细的解答,所以我只是抛砖引玉。

好像上面那位查了,这是康德的话,那这就好解释了,康德说的是德语,所以英语版本的都是翻译版。 By which引导定语从句。 By并不指代什么,which指代前面的maxim。我的理解是你应该遵循那种你非常希望它能成为通行法则( Universal law)的法则。大概是这个意思。康德的思想本身就很晦涩。
